This one-semester course is intended to help you learn culinary skills. This course has 14 lessons organized into 4 units, plus 4 Unit Activities. Each lesson contains one or more Lesson Activities. This course covers menu planning, food presentation, and different service styles. It covers the running of food service establishments and kitchen management skills. It explores the personal skills and professional traits needed in the food service industry. It also covers career opportunities and career management skills.
