Ignitia Health Quest is a five-unit course created for Christian schools and includes an overview of personal health, human anatomy, nutrition, fitness, and safety for elementary school students. Age-appropriate content is delivered from a Christ-centered perspective. As a part of a complete learning management system, Ignitia Health Quest is a self-directed course infused with technology-based lessons, tools, and exercises to enrich learning for students and streamline instruction and administrative tasks for teachers. Like all Ignitia courses, Bible verses (KJV) and biblical references support the development of a Christian worldview and encourage practical Christian living.

Personal health, wellness, and safety are the focus of this introduction to health basics created just for students in grades 4-7. Presented from a Christian worldview, students are encouraged to be good stewards of their bodies through healthy eating, keeping their bodies in fit, practicing good hygiene, and protecting themselves from dangers in the environment. Students will also be introduced to the basics of human anatomy. The course units include text-based lessons, on and off-computer exercises, special projects, learning games, quizzes, and tests that appeal to today's digital generation and help teachers to evaluate progress and mastery of the materials. Ignitia Health Quest enriches the educational experience for Christian school students and sparks a passion for learning.

Throughout the course, students will explore the following topics:
  • The Human Body
  • Health and Hygiene
  • Nutrition and Fitness
