Why is my dashboard blank when I log into A+?

If the dashboard is blank that is a Java setting. Below is the fix:

  • Click Start--Control Panel to open the Windows Control Panel.
  • From the Windows Control Panel, double-click "Java" to launch the Java Control Panel.
  • From the Java Control Panel window, click the Advanced tab.
  • In the Advanced menu selections under Java Console, make sure the selector is set to Show Console (see screenshot below).

  • Click Apply and then Exit.
  • Exit the A+ Client, then re-launch and log in and the Dashboard should now be visible.
