Global Student Network, LLC, is committed to safeguarding your privacy. Because we gather certain types of information about our online learners, we want you to fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the use of the information we collect.
This privacy policy is intended to inform users of the manner in which GSN will manage online learner information while using the JCESC courses and to suggest that users exercise restraint in sharing information with other learners. GSN does not rent, sell, or exchange personal information about its learners. This policy statement tells you how the information you provide will be treated.

Information Exchange
Privacy concerns about information generally fall into two categories: (1) information voluntarily supplied to GSN and (2) data access to parents and education providers.

Voluntary Information Supplied to GSN
The purchasing party must supply basic identifying information about their students.

Data Access to Parents and Education Providers
Access to student data is given to the coordinating unit. This typically is a school district administrator, teacher or parent/guardian.

Web Sites Beyond GSN
The GSN web site and JCESC courses contain links to independently owned, controlled, and/or managed web sites whose content we believe will be of possible interest and value to our learners. Once you leave our server (you can tell where you are by checking the URL in the location bar on your browser), use of any information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site you are visiting. That policy may differ from ours. If you can't find the privacy policy of any of these sites via a link from the site's homepage, you should contact the site directly for more information. Further, GSN maintains no responsibility or liability for the contents of that site once the link has been accessed.

Security
All of the information you provide is stored on servers at a location designed specifically to ensure that no unauthorized individuals have access to the server or its data. However, GSN cannot and does not ensure or warrant the security during actual data transmission. Only purchasing transactions are located on a server designed for secure financial transactions. It is also the responsibility of the user to keep their password secure. GSN is not liable for any password disclosure outside of GSN staff.
